What you should avoid is being misled by information that has little credibility. Especially on social networking sites, there is an abundance of information that is not very credible and is intended to gain impressions, and such information is more likely to be seen.

It is best to consider information other than "information that clearly identifies the name, face, and affiliation of the sender of the information" as something that raises eyebrows. Of course, anonymous accounts may also transmit correct information, but it is difficult to judge from the patient's perspective whether or not this is correct information.
