Postoperative risks and side effects

-Philadelphia infection
If there is prolonged "heat," "redness," "severe pain," or "severe swelling" in the treated area after surgery, infection is suspected.
-Slight left-right difference Slight left-right difference
A left-right difference in the size and shape of the nostrils may occur. This is due to the left-right difference in the size and shape of the original nostrils, or a slight discrepancy in the amount and position of the skin to be removed in surgery. Please understand that the surgery is not precise enough to avoid slight left-right differences of less than 1mm, although it is performed to make it as symmetrical as possible.
-Mr. scar
Although we will suture as carefully as possible, there may be bumps, dents, or distortions in the scar due to the nature of the skin and the displacement of the stitched wound. The scar will become less noticeable, but it will not be completely invisible. Please understand that the scars will be hard for a while.
-Dr. Nostril widening
The nostrils may appear to widen temporarily after surgery. In most cases, as the clearing recedes, the nostrils will return to their preoperative state, but if they do not return after 3 months, surgery to adjust the size of the nostrils may be performed.

-Don't close your mouth Difficulty in closing mouth
Temporarily, after the surgery, the upper lip may be lifted, making it difficult to close the mouth, but this is temporary and will disappear in 1-2 months. If it does not heal, we will loosen some of the muscles that are lifting the upper lip and make adjustments.
