How much is the fee for the first visit and the second visit?: Initial consultation fee is 3,300 yen (tax included). Re-examination fee is 1,100 yen (tax included).
Payment] How do I pay?: You can choose from cash, credit card, e-money, or medical loan.
Is it possible to pay with both credit card and cash?: It is possible.
Payment] Can I pay in installments?: We only accept lump-sum payments. If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your credit card company for details.
How long should I wait before having my next procedure?: The frequency you need to attend will depend on the procedure and the condition of the skin you are aiming for. Please feel free to inquire with our doctors or nurses.
Surgery] Are you accepting applications for monitors?: Yes, we are always accepting applications. Please feel free to come for a counseling session to discuss your needs.
When will the stitches be removed?: Depending on the treatment, we usually do this between 7 and 10 days.
I am a minor. Do I need the consent of a parent or guardian?: Minors are welcome to visit our office as long as they have a parent or guardian's written consent. The consent form is available below by clicking on the "calendar mark" on the homepage. Alternatively, we can provide you with the consent form at the time of counseling, so please feel free to ask us for one.
When can I start wearing makeup after the surgery?: It is possible after the stitches are removed.
Is there a need to go to the hospital after the surgery?: Basically, we ask you to visit our office for "suture removal, one-month and three-month checkups".
If you have any concerns after the surgery, please feel free to let us know.
Surgery] My 1-year-old child is still breastfeeding. Can I have the procedure done under local anesthesia?: Breastfeeding is possible if 72 hours (3 days) are allowed after the surgery. If you are breastfeeding or may be pregnant, please inform your doctor in advance.
Surgery] Are there any dietary restrictions during local anesthesia?: There is nothing in particular. However, we recommend that you refrain from drinking alcohol the day before the treatment, as you will be able to undergo the treatment with less swelling.
When can I start wearing contacts?: In the case of surgery around the eyes, it can be worn after the stitches are removed.
Please bring your own contact case and glasses as you will be asked to remove them on the day of surgery.
*Preservation solutions are also available at our hospital.
When can I start washing my face?: Facial cleansing is allowed 24 hours after the surgery.
Do you offer online counseling?: Unfortunately, we are not currently doing this.
Dermatology] Course Digestion Deadlines: If you purchase a course, the digestion deadline is set according to the number of times you purchase the course.
3 times → within 6 months of purchase
5 times → within 1 year of purchase
10 times → within 2 years of purchase
Counseling] Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or change your appointment on the day of your appointment, you will be charged a separate fee of 5,500 yen for the next visit.

If you purchase a cosmetic dermatology course
Cancellations or changes on the day of the appointment will result in the loss of one course.

Cancellations or changes made between the day before and the day of the appointment will result in the loss of one course.
If you need to change your schedule, please call us at least 2 days in advance during business hours.
Surgery] Cancellation Policy: For cancellations or changes after a reservation has been made, the following fees will be charged 21 days prior to the reservation date.
21 days before: 10% of the treatment cost (33,000 yen in case of change)
14 days before: 30% of the treatment cost
7 days before: 50% of the treatment cost
On the day of the treatment: 100% of the treatment cost

*If the day before the treatment date is a holiday, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days prior.
*Any reason for cancellation/change will be subject to a handling fee in any case. Please take care of your health condition.
