Postoperative risks and side effects

-Internal hemorrhage internal hemorrhage: When injecting, our doctors are very careful to avoid hitting the blood vessels with the needle, but no matter how carefully we inject, there is a 1 in 10 chance that internal bleeding will occur.
If the internal bleeding is mild, most of it will disappear within a week or so. However, if the internal bleeding is unfortunately strong, it may take up to two weeks for it to disappear.

-Slight left-right difference Slight left-right difference: Risks and side effects of hyaluronic acid injections for the nose include the possibility of left-right differences in the finished product.

-Allergy Allergies: Since hyaluronic acid itself is a substance that is naturally present in the body, it is unlikely that an allergy to hyaluronic acid itself will occur, but an allergic reaction to the base material of hyaluronic acid preparations may occur.

-Health skin necrosis due to inadequate blood flow: When hyaluronic acid is injected into the nose, it is possible, although very rare, for hyaluronic acid particles to accidentally enter a blood vessel, occluding a small peripheral portion of the vessel and causing a failure of blood flow in the area controlled by that vessel.
If the artery has a blood flow obstruction, the skin in the dominant basin of the artery may turn white and painful immediately and for several hours after the hyaluronic acid injection. If the blockage is severe, there is a non-zero chance of severe swelling and skin necrosis of the skin in the area controlled by the artery.
To avoid this risk, we inject the hyaluronic acid with great care, taking into consideration the anatomical blood circulation control, the needle insertion site, and the depth of the insertion layer to avoid blood vessels, and the color tone of the skin when injecting slowly. We take the utmost care in injecting hyaluronic acid, taking into consideration the needle insertion site and the depth of the insertion layer to avoid blood vessels.
Nevertheless, in case of blockage, we deploy hyaluronidase to break down the injected hyaluronic acid and prostaglandin ointments, injections, and infusions to dilate the blood vessels and improve circulation.
