Judo ear

Judo ear," deformed like a cauliflower, is common in judo, wrestling, and other martial arts athletes.
In the surgery, an incision is made a few centimeters in front or behind the deformed ear, and the cartilage and hematoma are removed. The procedure takes about 30 minutes per ear.
Since only minimal incisions are made on the anterior or posterior surface of the ear, there is no need to worry about visible scars.
*Treatment is limited depending on the degree of deformity.

Postoperative risks and side effects

-Philadelphia infection: If there is prolonged "heat," "redness," "severe pain," or "severe swelling" in the treated area after surgery, infection is suspected.
A new division opens
In rare cases, the threads may come off or the wound may not heal properly.
If the wound has opened, we will sew the wound back together again.

-Not enough effect/not what I imagined Insufficient effect, different from the image: The effect may be insufficient or feel different from the image.
If you wish, we will wait at least 3 months to perform the revision surgery.

-Recurrence relapse: If there is a postoperative hematoma or if the fixation is unstable, the cartilage removed after surgery may swell and recur. In such cases, we will revise the surgery after 3 months.
