Postoperative risks and side effects

-Philadelphia infection: If there is prolonged "heat," "redness," "severe pain," or "severe swelling" in the treated area after surgery, infection is suspected.

-Left to right difference left-right difference: If a left-right difference exists in the original breasts, the amount of injections will be adjusted as much as possible, but perfect improvement of the left-right difference can be very difficult to achieve.

-Development of scars Raised, dented, and pigmented scars: There will be several scars of a few millimeters where the fat has been suctioned out.
Depending on the constitution, the scar may be red, raised, hyperpigmented, or indented like a keloid, and may be noticeable.

-lumps lump (in tissue, esp. breast): Fat is injected evenly throughout the entire breast, but there is a possibility that the fat may clump up and be touched as a lump.
There is no problem with the process, but if you are concerned, we can address the problem by cutting the lump out. It is necessary to make an incision in the skin near the lump. Please understand that this will leave a scar on the surface of the breast.

-Breast Cancer Screening & Mammography Effects on Breast Cancer Screening and Mammography: Both breast cancer screening and mammography can be performed without any problems.
It is not uncommon for small calcifications to occur after fat injections. This will show up on mammography x-rays. Please declare this as much as possible when taking the x-rays to avoid misunderstandings.
We also recommend that a mammogram be taken six months after fat injection.

-Not enough effect/not what I imagined Insufficient effect, different from the image: The effect may be insufficient or feel different from the image.
If you feel that you are not satisfied with the results after the surgery, you can inject fat again in the missing areas. In this case, you can inject your own fat that has been cryopreserved in advance.
