This is a surgery to remove fat and sagging excess skin from the hips. The sagging skin is cut and sutured together with the fat. The buttocks themselves are reduced in size and lifted up, resulting in a tighter hip line.

Features of this hospital

Design to excise excess excess skin.
If there is little excess skin, the wound often does not extend to the outside of the buttocks, mainly because the skin is removed from the inside of the sagging area of the buttocks to the area below the buttocks.
If there is a lot of excess fat on the buttocks, when the skin is removed, the excess subcutaneous fat is also removed, if necessary.
If the buttocks are generally large and misshapen, liposuction may be used as needed to reduce and reshape the buttocks.
If the patient is thin, has no excess fat, and the skin is just sagging and wrinkled, the fat is not removed, only the skin is excised.

Postoperative course and follow-up

Postoperative risks and side effects

-Philadelphia infection: If there is prolonged "heat," "redness," "severe pain," or "severe swelling" in the treated area after surgery, infection is suspected.

-Hematoma hematoma: If blood accumulates due to postoperative bleeding, it may turn purple and swell. If the blood is left to accumulate, it may become infected or form a lump, which requires prompt treatment.

-Antonio numbness: There may be some sensory loss at the site of the resection. This varies from person to person, but in most cases it will subside within 3-6 months. In rare cases, the sensation may not completely return to normal.

-Hardness, twitching Stiffness, twitching: A hardened lump or tugging may occur at the resection site. This may vary from person to person, but in most cases it will resolve within 3-6 months. If healing is difficult, the same area may be treated with postoperative ultrasound.

-Mr. scar: Although we will suture as carefully as possible, there may be cases of scar bumps, dents, or distortions due to the nature of the skin or displacement of the stitched wound.
