We hope everyone has been able to enjoy the summer to the fullest, despite the unusually hot weather we have been experiencing.

I have always enjoyed visiting cafes,
For the past few years, I have been totally addicted to researching and eating my way around cafes that serve delicious shaved ice 😚.

During this season, all stores are solely known for their daily lines, and this year we were able to enjoy seasonal shaved ice made with seasonal fruits 🫶.

This is in Higashi-Ginza.

The store also offers pancakes and fruit vinegars, but the original shaved ice, filled with the master's sensitivity and attention to detail, always takes me by surprise😳.
The homemade syrup is also very tasty!

You can enjoy fresh fruits of various brands directly shipped from various regions!
It is a perfect and addictive combination with the base milk sauce 🤤.

The sweet and sour taste will blow away your summer fatigue, and the secret ingredient, jasmine syrup, will impress you😍.
