This time...
I made it a little at random, but it was unexpectedly delicious.
Here is the recipe for the original bagel sandwich✨.
(By the way, I bought bagels 🥯 from Omotesando station that were made of rice flour and used those lol)
The ingredients for the sandwich ingredients are
Shrimp 🍤 (frozen, 🙆♀️)
tomato
Sliced onion 🧅.
lettuce🥬
Avocado 🥑 (cut and then drizzle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration)
cream cheese
Parsley (dried or 🙆♀️)
black pepper
mayonnaise
is✨
1) Cut the bagel in half and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the cross section.
(2) cream cheese and mayonnaise, chopped parsley
(Dried parsley is fine, but fresh parsley is best.
(The chopped ones are more aromatic and delicious ✨)
Mix a small amount of black pepper peppercorns and apply to the base bagel.
(iii) From that top, lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, shrimp, avocado, bagel on top.
(More mayonnaise is better!)
Hamburger 🍔 on wax paper, layered in the order of
Wrap it up and cut it in half like this and you're done: 🙋♀️✨
At any rate, it was a sandwich with plenty of my favorite ingredients, but it looked and tasted good and was hearty and filling (^^).
