Today I would like to share with you a healthy okonomiyaki recipe that I often eat (^^)

This okonomiyaki does not use okonomiyaki flour, so there is no weight after eating.
Very healthy because of the abundance of vegetables.
I make it every time, thinking
Instead of flour, yams are used!
However, this time I used only yam because it was not available 🥺.
Below are the usual ingredients... ♪
grated yam
callus
dried shrimp
squid
lotus root
cabbage
chopped red ginger
shredded green onion
egg
Japanese soup stock
okara powder
otafuku sauce
katsuobushi
green laver (Enteromorpha)
mayonnaise
The okonomiyaki is very soft and fluffy, but the addition of spinach makes the okonomiyaki even fluffier.
It will be chewier and tastier. ☺️
Be careful not to make it too big because the seeds are loose and hard to turn over. ⚠️
By the way, it's easier to make it in a pan for frying eggs: 🙋♀️
