I am nervous about my first blog, but I hope you will read it to the end 😌.

Fall is over and it is getting colder and colder 🍃.
One thing I suffer from every year during this time of year is cold hands and feet.
I tried to drink white water and eat warm food, but it did not go away.

So a friend of mine recommended that I start to get in shape with a sauna! 🧖‍♀️
