I started in 2022.
I would like to write about Pilates 😁.

Every January I feel the urge to start something,
Let's work out a little this year! I thought
We chose Pilates, a fusion of strength training and flexibility 🙌.

I'm training with a personal trainer,
I was asked to watch my usual habits when standing and moving my body.
I am having it corrected!

While at work, walking, or standing on a train
At a moment's notice, I remembered what you taught me.
I started to correct some of my usual habits 😊.
Sometimes I spend a lot of time standing at work.
I think just a little awareness will make it easier!

As for physical flexibility, it will take more time yet 😂.

I use a lot of concentration and energy at work.
I was trying to perform as well as possible.
I'm going to whip myself into shape and work hard from now on 💪.

Being physically active on your day off makes your day more fulfilling ✨.
I think everyone has a different way of refreshing themselves,
I like both physical activity and relaxing at home.
I spend 2 days a week off like that to refresh myself. ☺️

I know that you all come to our clinic during your work hours and on your days off!
We will take great care not to waste your valuable time 🤲✨.

As I said in the beginning.
