We are pleased to announce that we will begin offering a "Transportation Expense Assistance Program" for everyone who undergoes cosmetic surgery procedures starting Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Transportation subsidy system

■Assistance Details

The hospital will subsidize transportation expenses up to a maximum of 30,000 yen for surgical procedures that cost 350,000 yen or more including tax.

The application will be accepted only when presented at the time of checkout on the day of the surgery.
　*Submissions after the date of surgery will be invalid.
If you can provide a receipt for the return trip on the day of surgery, both the outward and return trip will be eligible for assistance.
　Receipts for outbound travel must be presented.
This is for those who are coming from far away from the Kanto area.
(Only applicable when the transportation cost is 10,000 yen or more)
The price of the treatment is only applicable when the amount after other discounts and points is 350,000 yen or more including tax.
The amount of the subsidy will be discounted from the surgery fee based on the details of the receipts you submit.
Transportation expenses for medical checkups and other visits are not covered by the subsidy.

What you need to present for assistance

Please provide the following three items

(1) Ticket
(2) Receipt
(iii) Identification card

Notes on "1) Tickets" and "2) Receipts
Public transportation alone (Shinkansen/expressway bus/airplane only)
Boarding pass/ticket that shows the date of boarding/transit
The date of boarding/ride is from 3 days prior to the surgery appointment to 7 days after the surgery (until the day of stitches removal).
　Example: If your surgery appointment is scheduled for May 15: Only those with dates between May 12 and 22 are eligible.
*If you have difficulty submitting the original, please provide a photo or screenshot.
Upgraded seats are not eligible.
*Tours and other tours that include fees other than transportation costs are not eligible.
*If a connection is required, only the section with the higher price will be considered.
　Example: Hakata Station → Fukuoka Airport → Haneda Airport → Omotesando Station
　　　Only boarding between Fukuoka Airport and Haneda Airport is eligible for subsidy.

Note on "(3) Identification Cards".
A copy of a driver's license, my number card, health insurance card, residence card, or other document that shows the applicant's current address.

Period not covered by the transportation subsidy program

Treatment during the following periods is not eligible for subsidy.

Golden Week
Obon
Silver Week
Year-end
