I love to stay at home, no matter the season.
I have been into kickboxing for a few months now 🥊🥊🥊🥊.

But they are not actually punching and kicking each other.
Using basic kickboxing movements, sandbag and mitt strikes.
We do this for fitness purposes.
Kickboxing punches the back, arms and waist,
