I am now back in my hometown of Fukuoka, which is also the origin of this name of mine: 🫶🏻

Fukuoka is all about food, isn't it?
Mentaiko (cod roe), motsu nabe (hot pot), tonkotsu ramen (pork bone ramen), and many other delicious foods.
I want to eat this and that and my stomach can't keep up 😂.

I would like to introduce one restaurant that I would like to recommend to you!
Motsunabe restaurant in a place called Sumiyoshi in Hakata.
The restaurant is called "Beef Motsunabe Oishi!
Speaking of motsu nabe, many places allow you to choose the base of the pot, such as soy sauce or miso.
Soy sauce is the basic soy sauce in Fukuoka, but here at Oishi, miso is the way to go!

The fish balls are not greasy at all and are delicious all the way through!
The cabbage is also sweet, and the burdock root and tofu are delicious!
And the best way to finish is with chanpon noodles: 🫶🏻🫶🏻

It is a bit of a walk from Hakata Station, but Sumiyoshi Shrine is also nearby and highly recommended😇.
However, it is a very popular restaurant, so reservations are a must!
