Hello! This is Edokko Monja♪
The days are still hot, but I hope you are all feeling well.
I recently had an upper eyelid sagging excision and I wish I could share the downtime and progress: ☺️
The primary surgeon was Dr. Lu, the director of the hospital!
I had originally done a couple of implantations, but the bite was shallow some days and unstable.
I took the plunge and opted for an incision✨.
Sharing post-operative progress photos 📷

After the surgery, my eyelids were blue-purple for about 5-6 days due to my tendency to bleed internally.
Swelling peaks on the second day!
After that, the swelling is strongest when I wake up in the morning, and it settles down a little in the evening. This is repeated every day, but it has gone down little by little, thanks in part to Chinese medicine and injections to reduce the swelling!
I wore glasses to work the day after the surgery, but the downtime was not particularly painful 😊.
During the surgery, I felt a pulling sensation behind my eyes, but I felt almost no pain!
Post-operative pain was once on the same day with painkillers, but after that I had no problems 🕛.
When I was choosing implantation, I thought the downtime of the incision would be tough.
I had an image that it would be a lot of work, but when I actually did it, it was like this,
I thought a little bit that I should have had an incision from the beginning 😂.
It's only been two months, so I'm sure the scratches will still clean up.
I don't mind so much at this point 👌.
I'm glad I had the surgery, I think as I apply my makeup every day 💄.
