Actually, I...I have an insatiable appetite and a sweet tooth.
I found myself with a big belly,
I was surprised😱.

So I finally decided to go to the gym!
Training and training at a personal gym once a week because of my slacking off habit.
I'm working on stretching before bed: 💪🏻

The staff at the RO clinic is usually very attentive,
A lot of people go to the gym and don't want to lose.
