(Incidentally, am I the only one who feels a little sad when the Olympic season is over, regardless of the host city? LOL)

Today, I would like to introduce “Mago Meal,” a dietary method that I have been studying recently!


The word “Mago-shoku” refers to the basic concept of Japanese food, "Mago wa Yasashii" (easy to care for).

Contents.

"Ma."
Beans: soybeans, natto (fermented soybeans), azuki beans, etc.


"Go"
Sesame: Sesame, nuts, ginkgo nuts, walnuts. Almonds, etc.


Wakame" (wakame seaweed)
Wakame: seaweed such as wakame seaweed, kelp and nori seaweed

As for how I got started.

It is difficult to lose weight because of the slowdown of metabolism in one's thirties.


When I was taking a lot of additives in my life, I started to develop allergies such as hay fever, which I had never had before.

This is the main reason why,
I have heard from acquaintances in the past that their hay fever symptoms improved when they changed their diet to organic.
I actually lost more weight naturally than I did before giving birth, even though I was eating normally for the first time on the Mago diet.
I heard "I've got to try this! I decided to give it a try!

It's still early days for me, but I'm very happy with the results.
By being aware of seasonal vegetables, etc., I have become interested in a variety of foods and have increased my repertoire and variety of meals. ☺️


I used to be a fast eater, but by eating slowly and chewing my food well, I was able to prevent overeating and naturally know the right amount of food to eat. ❣️

By the way, I'm planning to start using enzyme drinks next month, so I'll report back if they look good too ✨.

I'm looking forward to seeing the changes in my health after 2 months, as I've heard this diet can make a difference in 2 months. ☺️

By the way, as for physical changes, my skin feels somewhat less rough and my weight has naturally decreased by 1 kg since I started eating Mago 😳.
