Hormonal balance changes during pregnancy can cause skin irritation 😭, depending on the individual.

The female hormone progesterone (progestin) is secreted,

In addition, an imbalance in sebum secretion causes skin to dry out,
To prevent dryness, even more sebum is secreted, which worsens acne.

Not only acne, but also dryness, increased spots, and various other changes can occur 😱.
In addition, combined with unbalanced nutrition due to morning sickness, etc.
In addition, the skin tends to deteriorate more easily.

In fact, I had red pimples from the beginning of my pregnancy and they didn't heal well.
Afterwards, red acne scars and clogged plugs in the nose can easily occur.
I suffered from daily skin problems 🌀

When not pregnant, laser treatment, peels, microbotulinum toxin injections, etc.
A variety of preventive care is available, but it all stops during the pregnancy period.
I had a hard time wrapping my head around how to take care of it: 😵‍💫 lol

Avoid using items containing retinol due to the sensitive skin period,
We have shifted to skin care that is well moisturized and contains tranexamic acid and vitamin C.

I also use ZeoSkin polish from time to time when I'm worried about clogged plugs.
Internal medication was also changed to only vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B + folic acid, and iron.

Thanks to these efforts, my skin has stabilized from mid-pregnancy to the present.
It's less likely to get terribly worse 😌✨.

Although cosmetic treatments will be suspended during the pregnancy period,
Reexamine basic fluid intake, dietary balance, sleep quality, and moderate exercise.
