As we approach the end of February, we can gradually hear the footsteps of spring, but it is hard to keep in shape these days due to the extreme temperature differences💦.
I would like to talk about my must-have🪄 aroma oil that helps me every day ☺️
It is said that the sense of smell is the only one of the five senses that directly affects the brain, and when the sense of smell catches the molecules of a fragrance, it has various effects on the body and mind ✨.
I also use different essential oils depending on my mood and physical condition of the day, but these are the three that I mainly enjoy at the end of the day in my bath at night!

Lavender
The most popular of all aromatic oils.
It has excellent sedative and relaxing effects, regulates the autonomic nervous system, and aids sleep.
Geranium]
Relieves tension caused by stress, etc., and calms anxiety and irritability. It is also very useful during the blue period before menstruation!
Rosewood]
It has both a calming, sedative effect and an invigorating, energizing effect, maintaining mental balance. It also has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
These also have skin-repairing effects and activate cell metabolism, so adding them to the bathtub can help keep the skin supple and moist and have an anti-aging effect 🫧.
Other.
During the daytime hours when you want to increase your motivation, citrus fruits such as orange, lemon and grapefruit are also recommended to refresh your mood and make you feel brighter and more positive 🍊🍋.
In the coming season, when we tend to suffer from hay fever, herbs such as peppermint and eucalyptus also help the throat and nose 🌿.
