It's mid-April and it's warm enough that we've already had a few summer days this year. ☺️
I'm allowed to blog about food every time,
I went to an interesting restaurant the other day, so I will tell you about it this time: ✌️

This time we visited "Yaki Uoishikawa" in Tsukiji!

This restaurant does not grill meat, but instead grills the finest "sashimi".
It is a yakiniku restaurant started by a sushi restaurant with a novel idea: ☺️
(I visited for lunch,
(I recommend making reservations in advance as there were already many people lined up outside with reservations starting at 11:30!)

I had the "Strongest" grilled urchin set meal,
fatty tuna meat (esp. belly, an expensive cut)
Medium fatty tuna
tuna cheek
common Japanese conger eel (Conger myriaster)
tai (species of red Pacific sea bream, Pagrus major)
leaving a decision to someone else (often of a meal to be selected by the chef)

The above items are grilled and served with "red vinegared rice" 😋.

As soon as the neta were brought to our seats, the restaurant staff grilled the white fish sashimi for us,
Then we grill them individually, and all the stuff is delicious 🥺.
Especially the large medium fatty tuna was so "meaty" that I could no longer tell the difference between it and regular yakiniku ribs!

There were seven pieces of neta, but the volume was more than enough to satisfy my appetite.
After dinner, you can go for a walk from Tsukiji to Ginza, which is highly recommended.

That's all I have to say about the recommended food places 🤭.

The ultraviolet rays are getting stronger as we head into summer, so let's all do our best to protect ourselves from ultraviolet rays. ❣️
(If you never want to burn, I recommend using a drinkable sunscreen as well!)
