Parastomia is an accidental remnant of a breast that should have disappeared during human evolution, often in the armpit or under the normal breast, and may appear symmetrically.
In some cases, the secondary breasts are only nipples, while in other cases they may have developed to the areola and mammary glands. In these situations, the protruding, wart-like secondary breasts can be removed as neatly as if they were nothing.
The method of removal is the same as for moles and warts. Smaller ones, usually 5 mm or less, just on the nipple, can be cleaned up in just 5 minutes using a CO2 laser. Even if they are larger and extend to the nipple or mammary gland, they can be removed cleanly by excising them with a scalpel and sewing them back up.

Postoperative risks and side effects

-Mr. scar: Although we will suture as carefully as possible, there may be cases of scar bumps, dents, or distortions due to the nature of the skin or displacement of the stitched wound.

-Mr. Mammary tissue remains: Although the removal of mammary tissue is done carefully and with care, there is a possibility that some tissue may remain. If it is determined that breast tissue remains after 3 months postoperatively, we will perform an additional excision.
