The skin around the nipple is excised in a doughnut shape, including the skin on both sides of the nipple and the sagging lower part of the breast, so the skin is excised in an anchor shape.
The scar will be a longitudinal scar around the nipple, in the inframammary groove, and leading from the nipple to the inframammary groove.
To make the breasts smaller, liposuction is performed before skin removal, or the mammary glands and fat are removed at the same time when the skin is removed.
By adjusting the amount of fat to be suctioned and the amount of mammary glands and fat to be removed, it is possible to create breasts of the patient's desired size to some extent.
The excess skin of a sagging breast can be removed in a large area, making it smaller both vertically and horizontally, resulting in a beautifully shaped and balanced breast.
For those with large nipples, the outer circumference of the nipple is removed and sutured so that the nipple can be reduced in size at the same time.

Postoperative risks and side effects

-Differences in breast size, areola and nipple position Left-right difference in breast size and nipple/areola position: Differences in preoperative breast size, differences in skin firmness, and shifts in the design and size of the excised skin may cause left-right differences in breast size and nipple/areola position.

-Mr. scar: Although we will suture as carefully as possible, there may be cases of scar bumps, dents, or distortions due to the nature of the skin or displacement of the stitched wound.

-Lactation Impact on lactation: Through surgery, a portion of the mammary tissue and ducts are removed. Basically, the connection from the nipple to the mammary gland is preserved and the surgery is performed so that the patient can breastfeed.
Normally, this will not interfere with lactation. However, please understand that necrosis of the nipple due to poor circulation may make it difficult or impossible to breastfeed.

-Necrosis of nipple and breast tissue and skin Necrosis of nipple and breast tissue and skin: Surgery can cause necrosis of the nipple, breast mammary gland, subcutaneous fat, and skin of the breast because of the increased skin tightness and temporary loss of blood flow to the breast.
Smoking, strong postoperative swelling, and large blood pools increase the risk of necrosis.

-David Nipple outlines are clearly defined.: Originally, there is a natural gradation between the nipple and the surrounding breasts. After surgery, this boundary becomes blurred and the shape of the nipple becomes rounded.
Please understand that this is an inevitable change that accompanies breast reduction.

-Deformity of the nipple Deformation of nipple shape: The nipple is pulled when sutured and may deform the nipple.
