Hello everyone✨Elizabeth 👸.
I am actually pregnant now and will be on maternity leave in mid-May: ☺️
In this issue, we tell you about beauty during pregnancy✨.
Basically, you cannot undergo cosmetic procedures during pregnancy 💦 We do not accept pregnant patients at our clinic either. It was quite a pain for me as I was undergoing various procedures every month.
Instead, I worked very hard on my skin care during my pregnancy!
However, there are some ingredients that should not be used during pregnancy, such as high concentrations of retinol and hydroquinone, so you should always check the ingredients.
What I actually use,
(1) Environ Sequence Toner
It is still stable. It is very skin conditioning. It is refreshing but also very moisturizing and I keep coming back to it. ♻️
(2) Pure Mel Vitamin C
I was a Revision vitamin C for a long time, but it didn't work for my pregnant skin, so I switched to Pure Mel, which is water soluble vitamin C ✨It works really well for my pores!
3) Latine serum
I keep repeating Latine's serum with stem cell culture supernatant for skin repair. ☺️
It is easy to use without irritation!
4) ZeoSkin Daily PD
I love it very much! The retinol palmitate protects the skin and reduces skin aging. Even though it is retinol, this one is really useful for use during pregnancy.
(5) Enisee Glow Pack
It's a carbon dioxide pack ✨
Skin condition, dullness and wrinkles are improved 🥺.
This is also the reason I'm getting by without treatment 😂.
I also reflect on my over-reliance on cosmetic medicine, and realize that I am more reflective of my whole body during pregnancy than I thought I would be ✨ by reviewing my diet, taking half-body baths, and stretching.
Other than that, I regularly attend beauty acupuncture, maternity yoga, and maternity swimming!
I started going for cosmetic acupuncture to loosen up my facial muscles and masseter muscles a bit, especially since I can't have Botox, but it's great!
I recommend it because it's refreshing and painless ✨.
This is my ongoing beauty regimen. ☺️
If you are pregnant or expecting a baby, please refer to this ✨.
