Features of this hospital

The surgery is performed by carefully suturing along the nostril groove from the inside of the nostrils (adjusted as desired) so that the scar is not noticeable, removing a few millimeters of skin and adjusting the balance of the entire nose. By adjusting the incision line, the thickness of the nose can be changed by excising the skin.

At our clinic, we use the 3D simulation software "vectra" before the surgery to provide a 3D image of the postoperative result. This allows us to determine the amount of skin to be removed and the extent of the incision to some extent before surgery.

Postoperative risks and side effects

-Philadelphia infection: If there is prolonged "heat," "redness," "severe pain," or "severe swelling" in the treated area after surgery, infection is suspected.

-Slight left-right difference Slight left-right difference: A left-right difference in the size and shape of the nostrils may occur. This is due to the left-right difference in the size and shape of the original nostrils, or a slight discrepancy in the amount and position of the skin to be removed in surgery. Please understand that the surgery is not precise enough to avoid slight left-right differences of less than 1mm, although it is performed to make it as symmetrical as possible.

-Mr. scar: Although we will suture as carefully as possible, there may be cases of scar bumps, dents, or distortions due to the nature of the skin or displacement of the stitched wound.

-David Nose wing reduction not effective enough: Depending on the original size of the nose, a single surgery may not be effective enough.
We may consider revision surgery while monitoring the progress.
