This is Hakyoken's "Aburi Engawa Sushi" bento 🍣.

Some of you may have heard about it because it was a hot topic on social networking sites.
This popular bento box lunch is available at the JR ticket gates of Tokyo Station!

The fatty engawa is savory seared and served with sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) and salt for a refreshing taste!
I recommend it because it's so good you'll want to go to Tokyo Station to buy it even if you don't plan to travel 😋🥢.

Normal Engawa sushi, which is not seared, is also available, but it too is melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
